Life’s transitions can be a bit much…

Does this sound familiar?
Life feels... different right now. Maybe you're navigating an empty nest, a career change, caring for aging parents, the changes that come with perimenopause and menopause, or moving through the deep, quiet waters of grief.
Perhaps you're managing a new health concern, or simply feel adrift in a sea of change, wondering, "What's next for me?
The days feel heavy. You're feeling stressed, a persistent hum of anxiety in the background. You're searching for purpose, for something real to hold onto, but most days you just feel... stuck.
You've been looking for solutions, but nothing seems to touch the depth of what you're feeling. You're not looking for a quick fix; you're looking for a genuine shift. You're ready to find your anchor.
That anchor is you. It’s time to move from "Lost" to "Found."
Imagine a different reality just four weeks from now.
Imagine waking up not with a sense of dread, but with a feeling of clarity.
Imagine facing your day with a new sense of focus and a deep, relaxed calm, even when challenges arise.
Imagine feeling grounded, connected to your own inner wisdom, and ready to face whatever comes next with creativity and confidence.
This isn't just a dream. This is the transformation possible when you learn to integrate two of the most powerful tools for self-discovery: mindful movement and reflective writing.
What you will walk away with:
This course isn't just about learning information; it's about experiencing a shift in how you live your daily life. By the end of our four weeks together, here is what you will have gained:
Deep Clarity & Focus: You will move from the "brain fog" of overwhelm to a clear, focused state of mind. You’ll gain the headspace needed to make decisions about your next chapter with confidence rather than fear.
A True Nervous System Reset: You will learn specific, accessible techniques to down-regulate your nervous system. You will replace that constant background hum of anxiety with a sense of deep relaxation and safety.
A Safe Harbor for Your Emotions: Through guided writing, you will have a structured way to process complex emotions like grief, sadness, and the confusion of identity shifts. You will stop carrying the weight of these emotions alone and learn how to move through them.
A Kinder Relationship With Your Body: You will overcome the fear that you "can't do yoga" or that your body is "failing." You will gain a repertoire of mindful movements that support you exactly as you are today—improving mobility and reducing physical tension without the pressure to perform.
A Sustainable "Crisis" Toolkit: You will leave with a go-to set of tools—breathwork, movements, and writing prompts—that you can use immediately whenever you feel triggered or overwhelmed in the future.
Empowered Agency: Most importantly, you will shift from feeling like these transitions are happening to you, to feeling equipped to author your experience of them.
A Guide Who Understands the Journey
Hi, I'm Laura.
As a certified yoga teacher and author, I've dedicated my work to exploring the profound connection between the body and the mind. I know what it feels like to be knocked off-center by life and to search for tools to find your way back.
My upcoming nonfiction book, Ink & Asana, details this exact process: how to weave together an integrated writing and movement practice to navigate life's most challenging moments and unlock profound personal growth.
I created this course because I know these tools work. I've built my life around them, and now I guide others to do the same. I won't just teach you the "how"—I'll walk the path with you.
Introducing: The Season of the Self
The 4-Week Journey Home to Yourself
This 4-week online course is a guided experience designed specifically for those navigating life's major transitions. It is a comprehensive, supportive container for your transformation.
Here’s exactly what you’ll receive:
A 4-Week Structured Path: A step-by-step journey designed to build momentum without overwhelm.
3 LIVE Virtual Sessions: Connect with me and a small community of fellow travelers for live guided mindful movement, meditation, and a shared journaling experience. (Replays are always available!)
Weekly Guided Content Modules: Each week, you'll receive a private email with a link to your dedicated course page, unlocking your new content.
Daily Mindful Movement & Meditation Videos: Short, accessible videos designed for all bodies. No flexibility or experience is required. This is about connecting with your body, not about mastering a pose.
Daily Guided Writing Prompts: Thought-provoking prompts that correspond with your daily movement, helping you unlock insights and find your voice.
A Complete, Sustainable Practice: By the end of our four weeks, you won't just have taken a course; you'll have built a comprehensive daily practice to carry you forward.
This Journey is For You If...
You are in a period of transition (grief, empty nest, career change, perimenopause, menopause, aging, chronic illness) and feel "stuck."
You are searching for purpose and a deeper sense of meaning.
You feel stressed and anxious and are looking for sustainable tools for calm.
You are reflective and open to exploring your inner world through writing.
You are curious about movement and meditation but don't know where to start (or want to deepen an existing practice).
You want to rewrite the narrative that the world has given you, and come home to the real you.
Your Questions, Answered
"I'm not flexible. I don't think I can do yoga." This is the most common concern, which is why we focus on mindful movement, not performance. This practice is gentle, accessible, and adaptable to every body. It’s about breathing and feeling, not about touching your toes. If you can breathe, you can do this.
"I'm so busy. What if I don't have time?" This course is designed for real life. The daily practices are short (often less than 30 minutes). This isn't about finding time; it's about claiming a few sacred moments for yourself. The minutes you invest will give you back hours in focus and calm. And if you miss a day? You just pick back up. This is a practice, not a test.
"What if I can't make the 3 live sessions?" No problem! All three live sessions will be recorded and sent out within 24 hours. You can watch (and re-watch) them on your own schedule.
"Is it worth the investment?" Ask yourself: what is the cost of staying stuck? Of feeling lost, anxious, and adrift for another month, or another year? This course is an investment in your long-term well-being. It gives you a tangible, transformative toolkit that will support you long after our four weeks are over.
Your Next Chapter Begins Now
You don't have to navigate this transition alone. You don't have to keep searching for solutions that don't land.
In just four weeks, you can move from feeling lost to feeling focused. From overwhelmed to relaxed. From adrift to anchored.
The clarity you're seeking is waiting for you.
A Final Thought...
Change is the only constant. These transitions are not an ending; they are an invitation.
An invitation to pause, to listen, and to decide, with intention, who you want to be in the chapter to come.
Let's write it together.
A 4-Week homecoming to you: the person you were before the world told you who to be. Before you were assigned “roles.” Join me for 4 weeks of gentle daily movement and writing, live classes, and the establishment of a transformational practice. The 4-week program begins January 22.
New Year’s resolutions are designed to “fix” you. Let’s decide instead to come home to who we already are.
