The side stretch creates space to breathe. Stress constricts us. Where do you need more “breathing room” in your life? Is it in your schedule? Your relationships? Your expectations? Write down one way you can create a pocket of space today.

Transitions are never linear. They circle back and forth. Reflect on a recent change. Where are you fighting the current? White about what it would look like to “flow” with this change, rather than force, or fight against it.
