Day 3

Day 3 is the day we step into our power, and connect to our inner warrior. Warrior poses aren’t about aggression, they are about taking a stand. -Laura

Writing Prompt: Stress/Overwhelm

  • The warrior creates a boundary with their arms. Where is your boundary being crossed right now? Write down one “No” that you need to say to protect your peace this week.

Writing Prompt: Life’s Transitions

  • Midlife is a time of reclaiming power. Think of a situation where you recently felt small or unseen. If you could step into that moment again with the energy of Warrior 2—strong, focused, regal—what would you say? How would you take your power back?

Writing Prompt: Grief/Loss

  • It takes a warrior’s spirit to absorb grief into our bones, into our daily lives, and power on. Acknowledge your own resilience. Write down three hard moments you have passed through since your loss began. Give yourself credit for still standing. Give yourself grace in knowing that grief is love.
